Lễ hội Hoa Anh Đào vào mùa xuân tại thủ đô Hoa Kỳ kéo dài hai tuần lễ, với khu vực chính là Hồ Tidal Basin, nằm dọc theo bờ sông Potomac. Năm nay đánh dấu 100 năm lễ hội Hoa Anh Đào, biểu tượng của Tình Hữu Nghị Mỹ-Nhật.
